Yoga help us to stay fit and healthy.It reduces stress level and keep us mentally fresh.It help us to maintain our body weight. The various aasanas keep us away all the types of diseases and it also improves our digestive system . It keeps our nervous system in proper shape and balanced. In this present scenario of covid 19 Yoga plays a very vital role in our lives.By practising breathing exercises we will be maintain the oxygen level.It improves our immunity level and builds a strong immune.

why not yoga be made a compulsory subject in all schools instead of the western exercises they follow in the hot sun.Theory classes also should be included without touching any religion.This can improve the mental health along with the physical.Chances of taking a wrong path in the small age stands nil if yoga is practiced.
