heyy good afternoon. I m from Rohtak Haryana in small village where we have all natural health and healthy life. Yoga is the essential way to get fit and healthy life. I'm also enrolled in yoga fitness with my grandmother early morning. This is the best thing to do in my life to give some time for ourselves. Thankyou

fitness is everything.... If u have health u have the world's wealth... Don't take it lightly.. Do Yoga nd exercises makes u r body physically nd mentally fit.. Once a person sad, "A sound boday have a sound mind".

Practice yoga everyday not just today. It will bring you inner peace and strength. It will boost our immunity and make us tension free. All you need to do is draw mat to the floor and play some light music and enjoy. Even better if you can do yoga at place close to nature like your garden area. Practicing easy saans at first is enough. Investing minimum 20 day for your body is way more worthy then we can calculate. Happy Yoga Day. Happy Yoga ❣️:)

I live in Johor Bharu was very excited told my friends and we have a beautiful place facing the Straits of Johor , we did our yoga and felt so nice and had a good coffee and since we are under lockdown, but made them to come to my place. Thank you Modiji Sir for your effort to all of us as an example.
