PMMSY is structured into two main components:
Central Sector Scheme (CSS): Under the CSS, the entire project cost will be borne by the Central Government. This component focuses on projects of national importance, such as research and development, training and skill development, and export promotion.
Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSS): This component is further divided into Non-Beneficiary Oriented and Beneficiary Oriented sub-components. The cost is shared between the Central and State Governments. It focuses on developing infrastructure, improving fish production, and promoting entrepreneurship in the fisheries sector.

The Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana (PMMSY) is an ambitious and comprehensive scheme launched by the Government of India in May 2020. It aims to bring about a Blue Revolution through sustainable and responsible development of the fisheries sector in India. The PMMSY seeks to address critical gaps in the value chain of fisheries production and productivity, post-harvest infrastructure and management, and to modernize and strengthen the fisheries sector with an investment of ₹20,050 crore over a period of five years (2020-2025).

Globalization and Transnational Crime: With the increase in global mobility and interconnectedness, crimes such as human trafficking, drug trafficking, and money laundering have become transnational issues. New laws and international cooperation agreements, like the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC), aim to provide a unified approach to combat these crimes.
Human Rights and Social Justice: There is a growing recognition of the need to protect vulnerable populations. Laws addressing domestic violence, hate crimes, and discrimination have been strengthened or newly introduced. For example, many countries have enhanced legal protections for victims of domestic abuse, recognizing the need for comprehensive support and stringent penalties for perpetrators.

As we are fast pacing in infrastructure development, which is one of the greatest thing for connectivity that is happening in the country. In Bangalore what I feel is over developed and the infrastructure is very under developed there is massive parking at particulars junctions (mostly for shops and restaurants) which blocks half the roads which are main connecting roads, hence implementing the parking fees only for shops based on their crowd will help generate revenue as well as promote public transport as people might avoid parking fees.
Additionally I would be happy to see traffic police take full responsibility of their respective zones, which would make public a easily point communication in their vicinity or way to commute.

Respectable PM,
The theme I would like to suggest is importance of the following in making a country an economic superpower
(i) The importance of citizens abiding by law under all circumstances
(ii) Strict enforcement of laws with harsh punishments for violators/ criminals - we need to be a country which ruthlessly punishes violators and criminals
(iii) Zero tolerance to cyber-crime to foster a secure digital ecosystem - we hear and face frauds at such a large scale these days - it is difficult to trust digital apps and players in such circumstances. Curbing this can directly contribute to growth of the Digital India initiative
