Venerable PM, We, B.Ed. and TET/CTET certificate holders, humbly seek your attention to a grievous injustice by NCTE. We adhered to NCTE 2018 guidelines and possessed B.Ed. degrees as it declared B.Ed. holders eligible for primary recruitment. However, NCTE's negligence to save its gazette led to an unfavorable SC verdict, deeming us ineligible in spite of passing TET. We've been denied opportunities, and our pleas have fallen on deaf ears as none of the ministers or NCTE officials have helped us. We suspect a conspiracy to marginalize us. We implore the government, NCTE, and the Ministry of Education to take decisive action to rectify this wrong. Inaction will render our certificates worthless. Pursuing D.El.Ed. now is an insurmountable financial and age-related hurdle for many. We beseech you to acknowledge our plight in 'Mann Ki Baat' and outline a roadmap to redress this injustice. With utmost sincerity, B.Ed. and TET Certificate Holders.

Respected PM, Cantonments are Andher Nagris at present not only due to Maltreatment with Regugee Owners by demanding Lease Rent from them but also for Maltreatment with Century Old Lessees by Adhoc Lease Extension Policy 2017 under which Old Lessees are being asked to deposit Current Rent for continuing living; Double Current Rent for continuing earning bread & butter in leased shop , four times Current Rent for continuing open space by coining name of Lucrative Site to grab it from uninterrupted possession of helpless lessees. Replace current rent with %age increase in Lease Rent to existing Lessees. Third Cantonments are overcast with Clouds of Darkness by enhancing Property Tax after every 03 years by increasing Annual Rental Value u/s 80 & by enhancing Property Tax after every 05 years by increasing Rate of Property Tax u/s 66 Cantonments Act 2006. Rectify inconsistent provision of revising Annual Value too after every 05 years simultaneously with Rate of Tax to stop double hang

For the last 70 years we are just not free from demanding basic and essential services satisfactorily like uninterrupted drinking water supply, electricity, roads, drains, street lights. Whatever has been done not up to the high standards just eye washed and formalities. there should be some agencies with dedicated, honest and pro Indian officials that assess at their own the status of works has been done on grounds.

Respected PM , Cantonments are Dark Townships (Andher Nagris) as MoD busy in Chi Pak Warfare has no time to stand & stare to redress peeD parayee of Natives of Cantonments. (1). It is disgrace to Constitution, Parliament & President of India to malreat Refugee Owners as Lessees despite Conveyance Deeds for Freehold Rights in Appendix XX & XXIV signed on behalf of President of India after charging Prevalent Market Value of Land & Superstructure. WHEREAS Conveyance Deeds were signed for Leasehold Rights in Appendix XXIII & XXIV-A prescribed vide Displaced Persons (Compensation & Rehabilitation) Rules 1955 framed under Displaced Persons (Compensation & Rehabilitation) Act 1954. Withdraw Tuglaqi Farmaan in O.M. dated 23 July 1959 to stop Maltreatment with Regugees by Directorate General Defence Estates & Cantonment Boards who are asking Refugee Owners to deposit Lease Rent. Ask them to differentiate Conveyance Deeds for Freehold Rights & Leasehold Rights signed for President of India.
