Welcome MAN KI BATH Family court and orphanages are destructive invention of human being is it right? Marriage and relationship issue now a days creating many internal issues ,is it so? Their is no need to Stand, Fight for Justice. If society is designed such a way , Justice will happen automatically.. but before FAMILY Court many in Stand, certainly legal intervention and interpretation will increase the negative impact and will create flow of cases One answer for the present socio issues is purely we require to EMPOWER HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS ... On my ongoing family case at Thiruvananthapuram family court , case no CMP 353/2017, by appearing myself without advocate or party in person Stand I have presented a paper tittled LEGAL STATION for socio reforms. Please be think of UNIFORM CIVIL CODE options and every family court should display the message like DIVORCE IS INJURIOUS TO SELF FAMILY AND SOCIETY without much delay, is it practical, please think.

Nationalization of schools up to class 12 like developed nations. Free, equal, and quality education for all. This is one of the requirements for a developed country. There is no equality in getting an education from childhood. Then how will a nation prosper? If every child gets free, quality, and equal education, they will change the country.

Venerable PM, We, B.Ed. and TET/CTET certificate holders, humbly seek your attention to a grievous injustice by NCTE. We adhered to NCTE 2018 guidelines and possessed B.Ed. degrees as it declared B.Ed. holders eligible for primary recruitment. However, NCTE's negligence to save its gazette led to an unfavorable SC verdict, deeming us ineligible in spite of passing TET. We've been denied opportunities, and our pleas have fallen on deaf ears as none of the ministers or NCTE officials have helped us. We suspect a conspiracy to marginalize us. We implore the government, NCTE, and the Ministry of Education to take decisive action to rectify this wrong. Inaction will render our certificates worthless. Pursuing D.El.Ed. now is an insurmountable financial and age-related hurdle for many. We beseech you to acknowledge our plight in 'Mann Ki Baat' and outline a roadmap to redress this injustice. With utmost sincerity, B.Ed. and TET Certificate Holders.
