To move toward a plastic pollution-free future, embracing the 5R formula — Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, and Recycle — is essential. The first step is to Refuse single-use plastics whenever possible. This means saying no to unnecessary plastic items like straws, cutlery, carry bags, or over-packaged products. Main ek student hoon aur main maanta hoon ki agar hum sab milkar chhoti chhoti aadatein badlein, to hum plastic pollution ko hara sakte hain. 📚 Apne school/college mein: Main plastic bottles ki jagah steel bottle use karta hoon. Lunch mein plastic wrap nahi, cloth napkin use karta hoon. Stationery items bhi recyclable choose karta hoon. 🌱 Mera vision hai ek aisa India jahan har student responsible citizen bane. Main apne doston ko bhi motivate karta hoon ki wo “Use and Throw” culture ko khatam karein. 🙏 Chhoti age se agar hum badi soch rakhen, to kal ka Bharat pollution-free ban sakta hai.
