UDYAM Extension Into Veteran-Wisdom Engine for MSME Entrepreneur Mentorship: To slash loan default rates and eliminate "trial-and-error" economic waste by MSMEs, the Budget can extend the current UDYAM Scheme to include a National Voluntary Mentorship Corps. This zero-fiscal-cost model will convert retired professional capital - bankers, engineers, and logistics experts - into a free Growth Engine for grassroots entrepreneurs. By integrating mentorship layer into the existing UDYAM portal, the Govt creates a self-sustaining technical assistance framework that professionalizes MSME sector at almost zero cost. This Mentorship Service will prevent capital erosion, increase tax buoyancy, and ensure that MUDRA investments yield maximum national productivity. It effectively privatizes the cost of business coaching while providing MSMEs with a high-impact Wisdom Bank to fuel the 5-Trillion-dollar economy. This is a definitive strategy for a self-reliant, Viksit Bharat.
