Respected sirs, The timings of banks should increase. Most banks shut their doors at 4 o clock whereas their workload has been reduced drastically by online banking, paytm payments, phone pe, google pay etc. Cheque clearing is done by machines, currency notes ate counted by machines and also there is total computerisation . In fact there should be banking for customers till 8.00 pm by way of shift duty. Ideally banking hours mu st be increased. To raise GDP, bank must work for longer hours and customers must be attended till 7.30 pm. If the servers of banks ate down, in that case they close bank for customers. Please look into this if possible Yours faithfully Chander Parkash Bhatia

Proposal: Creation of WhatsApp-Based Free Medical Consultation Groups for Rural India Large sections of rural India face limited access to qualified doctors due to distance, cost, and shortage of healthcare infrastructure. However, smartphone and WhatsApp usage has significantly increased even in villages. This creates an opportunity to deliver basic medical consultation digitally at zero cost.

We should have subsidy tracking system, many do not realize the hard earned money of tax payers value, it should be tried to addhaar number, a statement should be published for each benefeciaries , also subsidy should be be in form of loan, if you reach certain economic status, one has to return involved subsidy,

A large section of India’s private-sector workforce contributes to the nation consistently through income tax for decades, yet retires without any assured pension or social security—unlike government employees who receive pension benefits after service. I propose the introduction of a contribution-linked government-backed pension scheme for private-sector individuals who have paid income tax continuously for at least 15 years. This would not be a blanket subsidy, but a recognition of long-term national contribution. Such a scheme would: Provide basic post-retirement financial security to honest taxpayers Encourage voluntary tax compliance and reduce tax evasion Create a sense of equity between public and private sector contributors Reduce old-age dependency and future welfare burden on the government

My recommendation for the Union Budget 2026–27 is to formulate a clear, balanced, and pragmatic policy for the crypto and blockchain sectors. The current 30% tax and 1% TDS are a barrier for small investors and startups, and they should be rationalized. Cryptocurrency should receive a clear definition of digital assets and allow for the set-off of losses against profits. This will spur innovation, create jobs, and position India as a leader in the digital economy.
