Salaried taxpayers are subject to surcharge in addition to income tax and cess, resulting in disproportionately high effective tax rates despite limited tax-planning avenues. It is respectfully requested that surcharge on salaried income be removed or suitably rationalised. Further, where Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) contributions or returns beyond the prescribed threshold are subject to taxation, mandatory contribution becomes inequitable. It is therefore humbly suggested that employees be provided flexibility to choose whether to contribute beyond the taxable EPF threshold, or alternatively, restore the full EEE status of EPF.

The Honourable Minister of Education, Government of India Policy Consideration for Introducing Higher Technical and Medical Education in one own mother tongue for Better Learning, Knowledge Application, and National Development. Introducing higher education in Tamil is not a departure from progress—it is a deeper commitment to inclusive growth and national self-reliance. Tamil Nadu can be the pioneer state that sets a precedent for linguistic empowerment in India’s knowledge economy. It is an idea whose time has come. We urge your esteemed offices to consider this proposal for detailed deliberation and initiate the steps necessary to institutionalize higher technical and medical education in Tamil. A nation that educates its people in their own language builds a future rooted in clarity, confidence, and creativity.

Must compulsory for many people in Bharat obtain driving licenses reason the service of issuing or renewing driving license is being provided without requiring a medical test and their health remains extremely poor. Sometimes, the situation even leads to death aacident. If the Bharat government establishes regulations for health information, data management will become extremely important. If these regulations prove effective, healthcare facilities lipid profile and economy will steadily improve. Given the employment in the government sector, these facilities must be moderately sized and not overcrowded process tocken system activation at Rs50/- to Rs1000/- only for 18 years to above age people.. after then final service must be implement..

To catalyze India’s transition to a hi tech economy, the Budget must pivot from funding processes to rewarding tangible R&D outcomes. By implementing a Success-Linked Incentive model, the govt can turn R&D into a profit center. It involves offering huge tax offsets and direct grants specifically for patented, commercialized innovations and AI-driven breakthroughs that solve national challenges. Integrating private sector agility with public research infrastructure will eliminate bureaucratic inertia, ensuring that every ₹ spent generates exponential returns in GDP, high-value jobs, and strategic autonomy. We must incentivize Productization over publication, creating a competitive ecosystem where innovators are equity-holders. This shift will secure India’s leadership in the AI age and ensure R&D pays back manifold. Massive Job Creation through Universal Employability Skills: The burden of job creation cannot rest solely on the state or industry; we must also empower job-seekers to take responsibility for their own employability. A national initiative can be launched to impart generic basic employability skills, like communication, soft skills, and digital literacy, across all schools and colleges, transforming millions of unemployable youth into assets that attract global investment. This model will increase the economic cake significantly. It is a low-cost, high-impact strategy that will drive GDP growth, encourage startups, and secure our national interest by creating a self-reliant workforce capable of finding or creating their own opportunities in a competitive global market. Urgent request to establish a High Level Task Force for implementing the National Employment Forecast System (NEFS). India faces rising educated unemployment, intensified by AI driven job disruption. With a young population, the risk of social unrest is real unless we shift from reacting to unemployment to forecasting future work. NEFS will track real time labour demand, publish quarterly sector wise forecasts, guide youth on career choices, and enable industry aligned skilling. Complementary measures include large scale reskilling, social safety nets, and community resilience programs. This initiative aligns with India’s long term growth priorities. I urge its inclusion in the upcoming budget to safeguard stability and convert our demographic challenge into a national dividend.
