The government should implement a special social welfare scheme, demonstrating its concern for the welfare of organized sector workers. Regarding wage determination, companies across the country resort to various excuses, such as poor business and increased competition, and the list goes on. At the same time, wages should be adjusted to keep pace with the rising cost of living. Since companies are unable to resolve the problems of organized sector workers, the government should intervene to assist the workers. The central and state governments should collaborate to provide a new social security scheme for workers. A specific percentage of the tax revenue collected from companies should be equally distributed and deposited into the EPFO accounts of the workers employed in those companies, as a pension contribution, essentially a 13th-month contribution. The Labours of organized sector workers who strive for the country's development must be honored.

Respected finance ministry madam, Central government offices are largely in rented buildings. Some buildings under the state government are mostly vacant. If the offices paying rent are shifted to the vacant buildings, the rent expenses will return to the government. For example, in Andhra Pradesh, post offices in rural areas are mostly in rented buildings. If these are moved to newly constructed secretariat buildings, the central government's rent expenses will again return to the state government The below picture shows Central government branch post office Godava pun code 531023 will be shifted to near by Andhrapradesh grama sachivalayam new name vission units

Proposal for Bottom-of-Pyramid Job Creation: The Budget must prioritize massive job creation at the bottom of the pyramid. By incentivizing labor-intensive sectors like construction, textiles, and rural infrastructure, the govt can achieve rapid income distribution and boost domestic consumption. We must pragmatically ignore rhetoric regarding low-paying roles; in a nation of 1.4 billion at our current developmental stage, any formal employment is a vital stepping stone to dignity and skill acquisition. Govt should remain undeterred by opposition noise, as the citizenry understands the reality of our economic transition. Focusing on the base of the pyramid ensures that the dividends of development reach the most vulnerable, creating a resilient foundation for a $5 trillion economy. This strategy transforms our demographic burden into a productive asset, ensuring long-term national interest. Details explained in my article: https://www.pgurus.com/how-to-focus-on-jobs-at-the-bottom-of-th

smoking product- Advertising of All Smoking Products Should Be Prohibited Advertising of smoking products should be strictly prohibited because it poses a serious threat to public health and social well-being. banning the advertising of all smoking products is essential to protect public health, safeguard future generations, and promote a healthier society. Public interest and human life must always take precedence over commercial profit.

Startup india allows income tax exemption under section 80IAC. however there are some startups that have availed lesser rate of tax under section 115BAA before applying to startup india for tax exemptions. due to Availment of lower rate of tax they are not allowed to claim deduction of 80IAC and there is no opt out provision from 115BAA. my suggestion is that there should be opt out provision from 115BAA to avail 80IAC benefit. at the time of incorporation not all startups are aware of this restriction and they end up claiming 115BAA before applying 80IAC exemption.
