Given the country's Digital policy, the government should completely move away from issuing Smart cards for RC and licenses in RTOs. The agencies validate these documents against online records and hence there is no reason for citizens to carry such documents in hand. Citizens should instead show these documents on Digilocker or mParivahan. Those without access to these should simply produce a print out which indicates the licence/registration details. Making this change will save the State govt in Crores which are spent in providing these cards. Also, this will prevent large scale corruption at RTOs where staff hoard these cards until bribes are paid. Please look into implementation of this. Thank you.

Namaste, Topic-Corruption in Police & Judiciary Our country has a population of nearly 146 crore people, and yet around 5.3 crore cases remain pending in Indian courts. A significant portion of this backlog exists due to systemic inefficiencies and manual practices. In many instances, cases are not pursued with urgency—sometimes advocates prolong proceedings deliberately, as prolonged litigation often results in higher earnings from clients. At the same time, the cost of litigation itself has become extremely burdensome for common citizens. My suggestions are as follows: 1. Introduce a reasonable cap on lawyers’ earnings or fees, along with stricter accountability mechanisms, to discourage unnecessary delays. 2. Adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced technology in courts for faster case management, automated scheduling, legal research assistance, and quicker disposal of cases pending for more than 2 years. Fix accountability of judicial system.

Mutual Funds is a good investment platform especially for senior citizens. They get fairly good returns out of long term investments. They cannot trade directly in share market due to high risk. But threshold limit of capital gains exemption for redemption is meagre. It should be increased to atleast 5 lacs or more to fetch better return to investors. Further it will also boost the share market which is continuously volatile and falling due to global turmoil. PLEASE INCREASE THE CAPITAL GAIN EXEMPTION LIMIT ON REDEMPTION OF MUTUAL FUNDS IN THE FORTH COMING BUDGET TO BE PRESENTED ON 1.2.26

I would like to submit a suggestion concerning services for Indian citizens living outside India. Many Indians abroad depend heavily on Indian Embassies and High Commissions for consular support. However, service quality and response levels vary, and citizens often feel unsafe or unsupported in urgent situations. I request the Government to consider the following measures: 1. Encourage Indian Missions abroad to hire trained Indian-origin or local Indian community staff where appropriate. 2. Introduce a transparent and time-bound grievance redressal system for embassy and High Commission services. 3. Provide an official mechanism for citizens to submit complaints and feedback regarding consular services. 4. Ensure regular performance reviews of overseas missions based on citizen feedback. 5. Allocate specific budget for improving digital support systems and citizen helpdesks for Indians abroad. These steps will improve

I would like to submit an important suggestion for the Union Budget regarding citizen identity and digital governance. At present, Indian citizens face confusion due to multiple identities, licences, and separate Central and State government applications. Managing Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, vehicle details, health, tax, and welfare services across many apps creates complexity and inefficiency. I request the Government to consider “One Nation, One Identity” for citizens by introducing a single, secure digital identity and one unified government application. Key suggestions: 1. One national citizen identity linked securely with essential services. 2. One official government app for all Central and State services. 3. Unified data control system with strong privacy and security safeguards. 4. Elimination of duplicate apps, licences, and multiple logins. 5. Allocate dedicated budget for developing and maintaining this national data control and governance system.
