Respected Finance Minister Madam, I humbly request that Dividend paid by companies to retail investors must have some exemption threshold limit so that the small retail investors are not burdened with paying double tax on the income for which company has already paid heavy income tax on profits and after paying Income tax on profits companies declare dividend and the dividend is again taxed in the hands of retail investors. In this regard my suggestion is that at least Rs.500000.00 of dividend must be exempt in the hands of retail investors and above this limit taxable. CA. A.D.Tripathi

Low-cost restaurants operate in several states. These affordable food schemes are implemented with funding from both the state govt & local bodies. They provided good meals for under 10 rupees, thus alleviating the hunger of poor people.Initially, local bodies successfully operated subsidized canteens, but now they are struggling to continue due to financial constraints. These low-cost canteens, which benefited the poor, unorganized workers, and migrant laborers, are facing difficulties in functioning. The central govt should also contribute. This budget should allocate special funds to establish subsidized canteens in urban areas across India & to provide the necessary food items at subsidized rates. This otherwise excellent scheme is failing due to financial shortages and changes in administration. The Central Govt should provide special funds or food supplies as its contribution to local bodies for implementing low-cost public canteens in the name of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.

Dear PM, FM, I have been your supporter from ages. But I’m very disappointed by the way the gold rates are pegged. I understand it is mkt conditions dependant.however, this has always been the biggest savings for women when a daughter is married of, when a daughter needs money for education for her kids the gold asset always comes to the rescue.pls evaluate on how best you can help bring the gold rate as its been tripling making it unavailable for a middle class to even buy 5gms of gold. Pls ensure the cost of living conditions helps improve for the middle class who are sincere tax - payers, who have only been at the giving end not the receiving end- housing is becoming unaffordable, medical inflation always on the rise, fuel to commute to work is high, metro work in Bengaluru is taking ages to commute to work, buying gold which used to be possible with little savings is only a dream now.

suggest implementation of an AI-enabled Digital Audit & Transparency System for Gram Panchayat funds. All bills, payments and geo-tagged photos/videos of works should be verified using AI to prevent fake billing, duplicate payments and incomplete works. A public dashboard and QR-based citizen feedback system should be mandatory. Strict action must be taken against false reporting and corruption. Please find attached detailed proposal (PDF).

Personal protective equipment (PPE) should be sold at subsidized prices to help informal sector workers perform their jobs safely. Sanitation workers, in particular, need protective equipment to ensure their health and safety. Contractors and employers are obligated to provide them with job-specific personal protective equipment. Due to the nature of their work, provisions should be made for informal sector workers to receive job-specific personal protective equipment, similar to their counterparts in the formal sector. A specific number of personal protective equipment items should be made available annually at subsidized prices or tax-free for the welfare of informal sector workers. Furthermore, awareness programs on the proper use of personal protective equipment should be conducted annually for informal sector workers.
