Pleae Please read this !!
A major cause of road accidents in Indian cities is the lack of safe and continuous footpaths. Pedestrians are often forced to walk on busy roads because footpaths are broken, too narrow, or occupied by parked vehicles and street vendors. This increases conflict between pedestrians and traffic, leading to avoidable injuries and fatalities, especially among children and elderly citizens. I request the Government to prioritise proper, wide, and encroachment-free footpaths with regulated vending zones, so pedestrian safety, accessibility, and walkability are ensured across all Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.”

The Union Budget may consider expanding need based scholarships and affordable hostels for law students, especially in tier-2 and tier-3 cities to ensure access to quality legal education beyond metropolitan areas

Good morning,
There is need to tax agriculture sector in India.
Individuals earning over 40 L and family earning over 1 Crore from agriculture income should be taxed at 15%.
Also we should increase tax on fried items and sugary drinks .
Make them expensive.
Also circle rates of property should be increased so that circulation of black money stops.
We need to check income of politicians whether their lifestyle match their income.
We need to check lifestyle of all govt officers as they take a lot of bribes
There should be strict laws against Chartered Accountants so the fraud can be reduced.
Banks should stop the processing fee on loans.
Also heavy checking should be enforced in defence sectors as top officers take bribe and give contracts. There should be e bidding for it.
Salary of election commission should be increased.
Tax on alcohol should be increased severely.
Funding should be increased towards clean air and water, for that we should punish, mps and mla of district.

All government departments as well as corporate houses are hiring manpower through contractual agencies. It has been observed that all the payments are made to the agencies only and the agencies are liable to make payment of wages to the respective manpower and also to deposit the payment of CGEIS, PF etc. except service charges all the legitimate payments must be made timely but in many case the situation is different. No proper wages paid nor other obligations are fulfilled. Suggestion make it mandatory in the hands of DDOs in the government agencies to make such payments directly to the deployed manpower only and PF etc directly to the concerned official and the EPF , CGEIS authorities and service charge to the agencies only. Many changes in the labour laws are needed to make sure all the benefits paid by the principle employers are to be reached in the hands of deployed manpower.

Income Tax slabs has been very brutal on salaried income tax payers. Salaried income tax payers cannot even afford to buy 2BHK flats in Metro cities. Please remove Surcharges for 50L and 1Cr+ income. Make 25% the highest tax slab. 30% + Cess + Surcharges are making 1CR earning salaried employees struggle to survive. Please look into the cost of living in metro cities. Person earning 1CR is no longer considered rich. Also nowadays, private company jobs are not guaranteed!!! Please remove income tax on Severance Packages. Tax on Severance package is brutality on the person who has lost his/her job.
