Madam, We are on technology, day by day we are encouraging electric vehicles, very soon we can find every vehicle converted to electric run. Each vehicle needs a battery, and there are battery charging points at a cost. We need to develop a corporation for this maintenance similar to CCC (Container Corporation) so that drained batteries can be exchanged with charged ones, and it goes on and on. This will be rotating basis throughout. May I find some space for this and arrange this concept, inviting all the private and public charging points together with an exchange model.

Suggestions for stopping undue harassement of customers in unauthorized electronic fund transfer from banks due to Cyber Frauds Despite clear guidelines from Reserve bank of India vide their circular dated Feb 2017 on above issue bank never admit their mistake. When a aggrieved customer approaches District Consumer Court and gets decision/award against bank the bank immediately appeals in State Consumer Commision and continues till Supreme court due to which most of the aggrieved customer cannot afford legal fees of advocates in higher courts and do not get any relief as per RBI guidelines. It is therefore suggested that a threshold amount be fixed for banks to appeal in higher courts as done in Income Tax Deptt and GST deptt to reduce litigation and provide relief to customers
