क्या संसद के संचालन के लिए कोई नियम कानून लागू नही हो सकते है ? संसद की कार्रवाई मछली बाज़ार से बदतर नज़र आती है। मेरी सुझाव है कि सांसद विधायक को चुनाव सै पहले ट्रेनिंग अनिवार्य कर नियम कानून सिखाए जाए, और अनुपालन न होने पर सदस्यता रद्द हो।
