Employees face gruelling hours and zero work-life balance. HR departments act only as management puppets. Companies are exploiting the delay in state-level rule finalization as a loophole to continue this modern-day slavery. ​My humble request: Please urge state governments to conduct mandatory reviews. IT companies must declare in writing if the new Labour Codes are in their HR policies.
