Respected Sir Sh .Narendra Modi ji I am Dr. Rupinder Kaur, a grassroots social activist working for social welfare and public awareness. I am deeply concerned about the rising number of road accidents involving juveniles in our country. This is not only a legal issue but also a serious social concern that puts many innocent lives at risk. In many cases, minors are allowed to drive by parents who do not realise the consequences, and later accountability is often avoided. I strongly feel that along with stricter traffic law implementation, there is a need for greater public awareness and parental responsibility. I sincerely wish to work with the Traffic Police and Regional Transport Office in Maharashtra to conduct awareness drives and campaigns on this issue. I humbly request you to kindly provide a platform through Mann Ki Baat or related public initiatives so that this important cause can reach more people and help save lives.

I want to share an idea with you that, Please provide affordable cycles for BPL families, those whose has Ration Cards. This is better for pollution free India, Healthy India,Non dependent on fuel for other countries.

Government of India and Respected PM request you to plan Tree plantation drive in India before Monsoon so that it will help India to create man made forest please motivate school children, Citizens and NGOs and Organisation to participate in Tree plantation drive. Even citizens can be motivated by planting seeds of flora and fauna even seeds of fruits like, Mango, Tamrind, Papaya, litichi, Orange, Chikoo, Lemon, Dates others like Neem, Pipal, Etc. Thus it will help citizens to get fruits from trees planted by themselves. Also help them to conserve trees in their surrounding. Citizens can even be taught to prepare seed bombs to plant trees before Monsoon season. Even seed bombs cannbe planted by Indian army and Air force to plant trees in highest mountain region using seed bomb. Respected GOI and PM. Aerospace company can use 3D printer which can print spare Part of Aircraft and Fighter Aircraft and can speed up the process of Manufacturing the Aircrafts in India and will help to complete the target in time. Even 3D printer can also construct Aircraft Hanger for Fighterplane and will save time and money. Many times spare parts are not avilable when Manufacturing is discontinued in that case Aircraft manufacurer company or HAL or DRDO can print the spare parts whenever required and can save cores of rupees. Government of India and Respected PM if India face war with China & Pakistan in future India don't have Bunkers for Citizens to hide to save life from missile attack. I request you to construct Underground Bunker & Army Base Network with food, electric Supply, Water, communication facility, Etc. Underground Military Hospital in each city & also make it mandatory for all new constructions to construct Bunker for Residential complex, Residential Building, Commercial Complex & All construction projects. Even there must be sirens in each city and standard Operating procedures to be drafted for citizen to follow during war time. This will help Indian citizens to save life if war brokes out.
