Out of the three services Indian army is the biggest one with more than 13 lakhs of force.It is still not sufficient to cater to the needs of the defence in the present situation taking into account the persistent threat from the border countries like China,Pakistan and Afghanistan. The government of India has come up with the idea of recruiting Agniveers for the three forces.Because of the ever growing and persistent problem of unemployment the central government should increase the number of new recruitment among the three forces viz. Army,Navy and Airforce. The number of soldiers on special technical trades and general duty must be doubled. Airmen selection must be doubled. Coast Guard strength must be increased three times to safeguard the territories of bay of Bengal and Indian Ocean because of the very big coastline of our country. Modiji Pranam. You will ne surprised to know the anomalies in pension payment, gratuity payment and non payment of premium for health insurance to the retired employees of Banks. Pension should be revised and paid at par with RBI employees. Gratuity I'd not paid as per the gratuity act 1972. Balance of gratuity should e paid as per the labour commissioners instructions , Ranchi , Dehradun etc. Banks approaching high courts in this matter is not at all fair . It will delay further the balance of gratuity to these seniors and super seniors . Yiu may kindly do justice to the bank retired employees. Please sustain the tempo. 2) Kindly advise the union ministry concerned to arrange for upgrading skills to the unskilled workers since our country is facing a huge shortage of skilled manpower . 3) A nominal amount of Re. ONE can be levied on every journey ticket purchased for travel by trains by passengers . The amount generated by this measure will be substantial . This can be used to improve infrastructure in Railways and also for enhancing security aspects through purchase of modern security gadgets, installation of Surveillance cameras in trains and railway premises . Since the amount to be paid by the passengers is paltry ( Rupee one ) there will not be any resistance . 4) Please advise State governments not to permit mining near areas where important monuments are located . .

I earnestly suggest tto announce your empathy for senior citizens by announcing, increase in interest payable by Banks to seniors , increase in income tax exemption limit for seniors, dropping or reducing GST on health insurance premium by seniors. I Jashanpreet kaur , namashkar sir we always say that our constitution teach us that we should not beleive in castism , but In reality all people are not equal in any department this is clear from the reservation in every field. when we apply at any govt. institue or any job there is reservation due to which discrimination is increasing day by day. so I request to our Hon. PM shri Narinder modi ji that please take some action on this discriminatiom .
