Madam The 3 yrs Diploma courses in engineering which are being taught in institute call Polytechnic. The present overall conditions of these institutes are not good enough which were 15/20 yrs ago. Even the average good students are not coming in Polytechnics but preferring for Degree course in private institutes with average quality. My suggestions 1.Overall infrastructural conditions including the teaching to be made improve of the deteriorated institutes. 1/2

There is lot comment on reservation, lets accept the reality its going to be there. Government is trying to get free education like lectures on your tube, free solved paper, i think upper caste should try private sector jobs and move abroad if opportunity arises. Read financial news paper like economic times or business standard daily to be better equipped with private sector trends. there are free on the internet as of now

Dear mam Reservation in education must be on the basis of Ability in poor sections not on the basis of Caste.

Teaching herbs and their medicinal uses from school level will improve the gyan heritage of Bharath . Shall HRD ministry initiate any steps towards level .

#TransformingIndia Mam, Boys(Age group 14 yrs to 18 yrs) drop out rate in remote villages in West Bengal among Muslim minorities are quite high(even higher than girls). They leave studies and migrate in Kerala or Gujarat or Maharastra to work as day labourer. To stop this the Government should stat incentive schemes for the minority boys in the aforesaid age group. Govt of West Bengal has already started Saboojsathi scheme but I think it is not sufficient. You should look after this situation.
