माननीय महोदय, मैं आपका ध्यान प्रायवेटअस्पतालो मे लगने वाले ICU और वार्ड शुल्क में मानक तय करने हेतु आकृष्ट करवाना चाहता हूँ। ये अस्पताल अपनी सेवाओ से कही अधिक वसूल कर रहे है, जैसे ICU चार्ज 10000 से 15000 प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से लेने के बाद भी वहां उपयोग मे आने वाले यन्त्रो के चार्ज अलग से लिये जाते है,जो कि सर्वथा अनुचित है, इसके अलावा भारी-भरकम वार्ड चार्ज के अलावा hand glouse, sanitizer, और अनगिनत चीजो का शुल्क लिया जा रहा जो कि मरीजो पर अनावश्यक बोझ है, जो कि Insurance company भी मान्य नही करती है। Insurance company अपना घाटा बचाने के चक्कर मे premium बढाती जा रही है,जबकि सबसे बडा कारण अस्पताल का बिल है जिसका मापदंड पिछले तीन साल मे तिगुना हो गया है। आम जनता त्रस्त है तथा मूल्य न चुकाने की स्थिति में कई बार उसे अपने परिजनों के जीवन से भी हाथ धोना पड़ जाता है। कई जीवन रक्षक दवाओं की कीमत उसकी वास्तविक कीमत से 100 से 1000 गुना तक होती है। अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि ऐसा कोई प्रावधान या बिल संसद में लाया जाए जिससे इन अस्पतालो की मनमानी पर अंकुश लगेl
