Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, With utmost humility, I wish to highlight that while India’s education system has made commendable strides, it still remains largely theoretical and examination-centric, often lacking real-world application. In contrast, countries like Japan emphasize experiential learning, vocational skills, and moral education from an early age—equipping students not just with knowledge but with practical life competencies. As India moves towards becoming a global leader, a more skill-based, innovative, and hands-on educational approach aligned with NEP 2020’s vision could greatly empower our youth and make learning more meaningful. With deep respect, A concerned citizen

To The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India South Block, Raisina Hill New Delhi – 110011 Subject: Request for Approval to Allow Golf Carts on Roads as a Safer, Greener Alternative to E-Rickshaws Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, With utmost respect, I seek your support in promoting a safer and more sustainable form of urban mobility by gradually transitioning from e-rickshaws to golf carts. Golf carts offer a safer, more stable, and eco-friendly alternative for last-mile transport. This shift can help save lives of e-rickshaw drivers, enhance passenger safety, and dignify the profession. I humbly request your approval to permit golf carts on select public roads, alongside e-rickshaws, as a pilot step towards this transformation. With your guidance, this initiative can contribute meaningfully to India’s green mobility goals. Thank you for your leadership and support. With sincere regards, Vivek

Dear honorable PM and RM, Switching within a modality or between modality is dependent upon how feedback from such objects are represented in expert systems. Let us say we create two different AO using photonics the Switch between AO1 & AO2 is based on network neuroscience in a defense implementation while a modality switch effect is based on perceived stimuli & is usually environment oriented. Hence, we can say that it is technically possible to switch between objects in a modality or between modalities by using optics. In an example, if two auditory objects are created then modality switch effect between two streams of AO can be observed and Segmentation between the two can also be done . https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4627474/
