In the context of salaried employees, can we provide additional tax saving benefits to them where it can be a motivation for them and encourage them to get involved in this system. As few examples, can we abolish Profession Tax for them, increase deduction amounts under House Property source of income, increased standard deduction, increase 80C limit, etc. There is no doubt the provisions of laws have been improved but a further simpler resolution for such individuals will be greatly appreciated.
