Famous for the world's second-tallest Shiva statue, the Murudeshwar town lies on the coast of the Arabian Sea and is also famous for the Murudeshwar Temple. Murudeshwar is another name of the Hindu god Shiva. The place has beautiful beach very near to temple and there is very nice and tidy rooms / guest house for stay inside the temple complex. A must visit. Also very near to Murudeshwar is Gokarna which also is a plave of significance. #TravelJunkie @junkkdna
