I am UNABLE to set up an INTERNET CENTRE FOR RURAL PEOPLE near Mathur Village, Tamil Nadu adjoining PUDUCHERRY JAIL because there is NO LANDLINE or 3G SERVICE. The Mobile phones are JAMMED by the Jail Authorities ILLEGALLY affecting the residents OUTSIDE JAIL PERIMETER. The local BSNL does NOT HAVE FUNDS TO LAY A CABLE TO PROVIDE LANDLINE! This is the shocking state of affairs in PONDICHERRY and VILLAGES ADJOINING the PRISON. HOW CAN WE "DEVELOP" WITH THIS KIND OF STONE AGE CONDITIONS?

I am an IT professional having 5 years industry experience and 3 years I have worked as a lecturer in an engineering college. I can create course curriculum, lecture plan, materials, assignments for all IT related subjects and higher mathematics. I want to participate here as teaching is my passion.

I have PhD in Physics and BTech in ECE from IIT. Presently a post doc in US. Can contribute towards content development and simple online demonstration tools in Physics, Maths, ECE and online training.
