इस कार्य का लक्ष्य बदलाव लाने वाले व्यक्ति को स्थानीय कौशल विकास केंद्र पर युवाओं को प्रशिक्षित करने का अवसर प्रदान करना है। कौशल विकास केंद्र को स्थापित करने के लिए जगह का चयन और उसके निर्माण कार्य में लगने वाले समय की ज़िम्मेदारी कार्य करने के इच्छुक व्यक्ति पर छोड़ दी जाएगी।

Me and my friends have created an NGO at district level, at present we have taken responsibility of 5 students with there complete education expenses. We would like to extend our wings. We have couple of thoughts like reaching students at rural level with career plan that can be created after 12th or Degree etc and educate or make aware of the facilities that are available from Govt for common man.

I'am a Faculty with National Small Industries Corporation - Govt of India ( MSME ) and also with National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development , Govt of India - Ministry of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises. I also take academic classes and motivational sessions for MBA/ Post Graduate students. I will like to make myself available for Skill Development workshops - in particular - Entrepreneurship Development Initiatives.

I can give the training of below subject - Basic Computer, Civil Engineering Basic, Building Supervision, Building Construction, Plumbing, Civil CAD Drafting, Civil 3D Drafting, Mechanical CAD Drafting, Sanitary Fitting, Computer Hardware Maintenance, Web site Designing, Graphic Designing etc.

I am a Graduate in Civil Engineer and having experience of 23 years in construction industry .I can afford to train skills in construction industry for 2 hour for 5 days a week in Kolkata for skilled workers, supervisors and site engineers and planning engineers .My expertise is in Hydropower projects and heavy civil construction .

Electronic security systems are need of the time now and can generate significant employment for skilled personnel. I can train interested people in basic CCTV system design/architecture, requirement calculation, installation etc. Both Analog and IP CCTV camera systems need to be selected and installed with extreme precision. This can be achieved only through practical training.

मैं पुष्पा बजाज पिछले १६ वर्षों से समाज सेवा के कार्यों में संलग्न हूँ. महिला सशक्तिकरण के लिए ११ तरह के वोकेशनल training के saath sath kalyam ashram के अंतर्गत सेवा में संलग्न हूँ. महिलाओं और युवा लड़कियों के दैनिक जीवन में बढ़ते तनावों को कम करने के उद्देश्य से हमने Shubham Inherent Skill Development Programme के अनर्गत मनुष्य के आँतरिक सद्गुणों को विकसित करने का एक प्रयास प्रारभ किया है.

We are having many projects where Urban farming skill are required we may need interested people from Pune Region, Konkan Region , Maharashtra, Chindwada, Madhya Pradesh, Urban Farming will generate jobs in Farming, Processing, & training programs, Logistic & IT backup to all this system. I feel many other combinations can take place if Government official guide us for Documentation & Registration, Thanks
