1) Create cemented bank around the river 1 km before & after the town. This would prevent unauthorized waste to be added to the ganga

ban all the antic elements....start water recycling...ban people those are throwing waste materials into the water..posted hoarding "Save Ganga..Save Water..save India" everywhere

Stop worship any river in our country, after one monsoon river will clean herself ,this is the best way to make our rivers clean.stop worship ,save river.

1 Stop construction of dams 2 Adopt drip irrigation/release excess water back into Ganga 3 Install water treatment plants/reuse/recycle and minimize flow back 4 Massive education of people of all age groups on saving Ganga and needs of downstream people 5 Stop further pollution through by separating bathing stream and treatment before its return 6 Stop throwing any puja materials 7 Train boatmen to police 8 Ask religious leaders to tell people to treat Ganga with real respect 9 electrical boats

1-Worshipers should change their mindset not to throw pooja offerings into Ganga . 2- Religious masters, gurus and shankracharya should come forward and proclaim that practice of pooja offerings should not be thrown into the ganga stop immediately 3- Industries should give undertaking should give undertaking that they will not pump effluent into the ganga othewise their industries should be closed immediately... 4- Administrator should be more vigilant and install CCTV at ghats.

We have to make lakes beside river Ganga in cities on the bank of Ganga. There must be a partition in the lake which divide the lake into two parts and we have to setup treatment machines in between the partition of lake. All the waste water of the city get collected in the one part of the lake by sewerage pipes and after treatment, clean water must be transfer to the other part of the lake. The clean water in the other part of the lake can be transferred to the river and supplied in city.

1.Control Water pollution 2.Control Air Pollution 3.Stop Deforestation4.Restrict constructions on the river banks 5.Prevent waste water from flowing to the river 6.Restrict Unauthorized Mining activities. 7.Ban plastics and liquor 8.Restrict shopping centers near the pilgrim centers 9.Prevent hotels and tourists from throwing food wastes in the public places. 10.Install sufficient numbers of E-Toilets in the region.

8. Do monitoring of quality of water daily at every 100 km stretch of river and make results available online to public. 9. Make small group/ PPP for maintaining Ghats, like daily cleaning and stopping dead bodies into rivers. 10. Make Idols burial sites and help in the process.
