Sir it is not necessary to construct concrete toilets. They can be shared with particular areas Such as nearest in Petrol Pumps in-case of National Highways and state Highways. Also it not be necessary to have fancy toilets. A simple fixed porta-cabin based can also be design with capable of taking larger public and focus should be more on sanitary & general maintenance of it.

Toilet maintenance and that too in rural backdrop is a headache. People prefer "behind bushes". If profit becomes motive then they will use toilets and keep them clean. The nutrients in human waste can be a great food for aquatic micro-crop "duckweed" which has high protein content. This can be isolated, fed to cattle or fish in the adjoining pond(s). Can make ₹1,00,000 to 2,00,000 per family and will encourage them to use toilets. They will invite passers-by also to "use" their toilet- profit!

People avoid using public urinals in cities due to the unpleasant smell which is mainly due to lack of proper flushing. Waterless urinals can be used in place of normal urinals. One of such urinals is developed by IIT Delhi. More details can be found in the file attached below.

सबसे पहेले तो में इस मामालेमे यही कहुंगा के प्रसाधन से जरुरी पिनेका स्वच्छ और शुद्ध पाणी गरीबोतक नाही पहुचा रही है सरकार इस वजहसे आज कि तारीख में करीब नब्बे प्रतिशत ग्रामीण इलाकेमे प्रसाधन को लेकर लोगोमे उत्साह नही है साथही जब पिने के पाणीही नही है तो प्रसाधन के लिये इतना पाणी कैसे लाया जा सकता है .और दुसरी और सच्चाई यह भी है प्रसाधन के रखरखाव को लेकर जागरूकता न होनेसे इस का इस्तेमाल सही ढंगसे नही हो पाता है

Construct green toilets/composting toilets in villages so that problem of waste disposal can be reduced and it can be made income generating source as from these toilets we can generate electricity, biogass, humanure and cost construction is around 25-30 thousand. 100 green toilets at one place and one toilet given to one family and maintenence given to unemployed youths so that jobs created at village level and our goal of swachh Bharath can be achieved slowly but steadily.

Toliet Facilities needs to be developed near Industrial Clusters , Slum areas , poor localities in Urban areas as they have no option , other than to go near railway tracks, open fields , Proper water resources like ground water resource , lighting & mgmt should be on use basis to get enough resources to self managed by community living by. with subsidy from Central resources , or model on the basis of Sulabh Sauchalaya across India. so migrant workers can find way to manage themselves.

Construction of toilets at every villages should be given as a responsibility of the village panchayat ward members. Portion of their ward development fund release should be linked to the construction of toilets in respective wards. Monthly maintenance of the same should be audited by the villagers.

The govt has to set up a separate team responsible for below task: identification- Places like bus stop,railway station etc. Analyse and find solution - Every place identified will not be of the similar nature so has to be dealt differently like introduction of movable sanitation in villages is recommended. Execution & Maintenance - This is the most important part, once the plan is set proper monitoring with responsibility and accountability in the system will solve majority of the problem.

In cities, toilets be constructed around market places and nominal fee be levied for usage. On highways, petrol pumps must be encouraged to maintain good toilets and allow charging nominal fees for usage. On railway stations, the toilets must be built on every platform and regular staff be employed for keeping it clean. In villages, people must be encouraged to construct toilets at their home. For this the government can give monetary help + rewards.
