As a pilot all bus stops in Bangalore to have green toilets. This will ensure cleanliness. As there are no toilets in bus stop , people urinate in open. Also as a part of Income tax deduction ( like 80C) individual salaried tax payer should be eligible for tax benefit if he donates for the cause of building green toilets. A max cap of 10,000 can be made as a tax benefit cap.

Make toilet mandatory in the following locations. The important thing is there should be a system to make sure that these toilets are maintaining and cleaning properly and regularly. 1) All the Petrol/Diesel stations 2) Govt offices and schools 3) public places like Bus/Train stations, tourist places 4) Hotels/Restaurants Most of these places has toilet facility available but majority of the places they are not clean or not usable.

All components of governments facilities/funds to person or public facilities should contain mandatory toilet facilities in their house. .eg. pensioner, retiree should have toilet facilities in their houses. 5. Involve local resources in making toilet facilities. Let householder either do shram daan or buy shram from others. 6.Free Maternity benefits attached to toilet usage as well. 7. Regular dedicating area to be lighted by solar power to inhibit usage of open places.

1.Funds for Development of roads and waste ducts arrangements in village should be linked to number toilet facilities in houses along roads and waste ducts.Higher the number of toilet, higher the priority for that road.Let village mohalla/section compete for that. 2.The toilet to be managed by each mohalla volunteers in rotation.Volunteers could be from non toilet houses. 3.Meeting places for women in villages. Most of them use toilet timeas intermingling and discussing the daily chores of life
