Broadband connectivity may be provided in whole area of india. 3, Bank accounts be given netbanking compulsory 4. All payments for govt deptt /school/ college may be made through online 5. All type of forms of govt be available and accepted on site. 6.Records of all land(residential or agriculture)may be made online . 7.Online complaint against every department may be started.

Transform NISG: NISG is presently structured like a bureaucratic organisation- NEGD at centre and state level SEMTs. I think NISG needs to be restructured into a Consulting organisation like PWC, WIPRO, TCS. There should be a central or zonal pool of resources in various skill areas- Technology (ERP, Data warehousing, Web Technology etc), Functional (Finance, Supplychain, HR) who can be deployed as and where required. The pay needs to be competitive and appointments permanent to attract talent.

Hospitals, LAB & SCAN Centers connected to PHC's.So patient data & reports are exchanged digitally By Having State wise Patient Data will be helpful in Medical Education filed .Knowledge on complex cases can be shared to young doctors . Patient EMR data Can be used in lots other medical research projects once we have captured symptoms ,diseases , prescription digitally
