Paperless Railways (inclucing Chart Boards) - Central Government Initiative 4. Paperless Employee Provident Fund Office (EPFO) - Central Government Initiative 5. Paperless Post Offices - Central Government Initiative In order to achieve the above: 6. End to End Computer / Laptop / Tablet Manufacturing Units in India in 5 years time (Central/State Government 7. Providing Tax Subsidies to Companies (national and international) to set up plants in India 8. Set up Dedicated Training Institutes to train the staff of the above departments to use computer / laptops / tablets effectively and efficiently. 9. Set up dedicated Training Institutes to onboard staff quickly on to digital platform 10. Provide incentives to more departments to go digital and become paperless.
