मेरीसरकार प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (पीएमओ) के लिए मोबाइल ऐप के निर्माण/विकास के लिए एक प्रतियोगिता आयोजित कर रहा है।
प्रतियोगिता में केवल भारत के नागरिक ही भाग ले सकते हैं।
प्रतियोगिता को तीन चरणों में आयोजित किया जाएगा।
o पहला चरण - विचार प्रस्तुत करना,
o दूसरा चरण - वायरफ़्रेम विकास,
o तीसरा चरण - ऐप विकास
चरण 1 के लिए आप अपनी प्रविष्टि 23 मार्च 2015 को शाम 5:00 बजे तक भेज सकते हैं।
पुरस्कार
• विचार चरण (पहला चरण): निर्णायक मंडल द्वारा चयनित विचार को गूगल द्वारा एक एण्ड्रायड डिवाइस और मेरीसरकार से प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा।
• वायरफ़्रेम विकास चरण (द्वितीय चरण): चुनी हुई शीर्ष 5 टीमों को मेरीसरकार से प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन का निर्माण करने के लिए गूगल द्वारा परामर्श करने का अवसर प्राप्त होगा।
• अनुप्रयोग विकास चरण (तीसरा चरण): विजेता टीम को अमेरिका के लिए एक प्रायोजित यात्रा करने का मौका मिलेगा जहाँ वे गूगल डेवलपर्स (नियमों और शर्तों के अधीन) टीम से मिलेगें और इसके साथ मेरीसरकार द्वारा प्रशंसा प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा।

So if he she want to complaint in a police station using this app. He she don't need to enter there details again again. As it is unique by addhaar number. So please enebale addhaar number to login.

I have elaborated completely on all three fractions of the app-Information,Interaction,and Broadcast. I have full belief in the fact that they are the idealistic way of how technology and democracy can work together.I have always wished to be able to work with the high authorities in matters of governance.So please I know that the document is long,but the ideas are exceptional.

#Information :This app is used by the public to get aware of the welfare schemes available and newly introduced by the government. People can post their issues and based on the priority of the issues , it can be sent respective departments. The department will acknowledge the received issues with the unique ID. The users can get notifications &follow the issue for closed & fulfilled.The generic issue can rate with high priority & directly taken to the Prime Minister’s note.

Application should be work flow based Application, where users are created based on their roles and responsibilities ,And should contains Voice calling/Instant messaging/Creating profile/Status/Meeting requests/to do tasks for Users .
Mainly users will be the people who are working directly for PMO ,If the Government data can be pushed into Cloud the Analytic's/Big data will play a lot of role in providing #information#Interaction#Broadcast for India,and it Should support All indian languages

everyone should know of like Government structures, Legislative structures etc.
#Broadcast : New events (like a new bill or scheme etc will be broadcasted in this section) and the users will be able to see this live feed.
