मेरीसरकार प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (पीएमओ) के लिए मोबाइल ऐप के निर्माण/विकास के लिए एक प्रतियोगिता आयोजित कर रहा है।
प्रतियोगिता में केवल भारत के नागरिक ही भाग ले सकते हैं।
प्रतियोगिता को तीन चरणों में आयोजित किया जाएगा।
o पहला चरण - विचार प्रस्तुत करना,
o दूसरा चरण - वायरफ़्रेम विकास,
o तीसरा चरण - ऐप विकास
चरण 1 के लिए आप अपनी प्रविष्टि 23 मार्च 2015 को शाम 5:00 बजे तक भेज सकते हैं।
पुरस्कार
• विचार चरण (पहला चरण): निर्णायक मंडल द्वारा चयनित विचार को गूगल द्वारा एक एण्ड्रायड डिवाइस और मेरीसरकार से प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा।
• वायरफ़्रेम विकास चरण (द्वितीय चरण): चुनी हुई शीर्ष 5 टीमों को मेरीसरकार से प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन का निर्माण करने के लिए गूगल द्वारा परामर्श करने का अवसर प्राप्त होगा।
• अनुप्रयोग विकास चरण (तीसरा चरण): विजेता टीम को अमेरिका के लिए एक प्रायोजित यात्रा करने का मौका मिलेगा जहाँ वे गूगल डेवलपर्स (नियमों और शर्तों के अधीन) टीम से मिलेगें और इसके साथ मेरीसरकार द्वारा प्रशंसा प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा।

First of all it is PMO Mobile App therefore it must contain #information about all the ministers of government,it should provide the proper #interaction between people of india and PMO and it must #brodcast all the upcoming,ongoing and previous events.

My sugesition for pmo app
Online application for every system for every department and then within few day.
And secondly the veriou desicion
taken in parlament the public openion should be also valueable..
Third one people should face any problem in the govt. Department then they will directly tell her complaint to pmo and then the app find the solution and solve her problem.
Information ....
1. All government office information and there website
2. All type of scheme information
3. How to apply like pan card,passport etc.
4. How to do? like how to do any government related work
Interaction .....
1. Send any type of local information to government
2. Suggestions any idea and requirement to government .
3. If any government employees not work then informed to government
Broadcast.....
1. Any government notifications
2. Quick alert like cyclones
#Interaction: Reward based solution invitations
Platform where users can post ideas for addressing any open problem or solutions for addressing recent public issues (inflation, riots etc.). App to pick data from RSS feeds of top news channels. Everyone can review the solutions and vote for it. PMO team can pick top 5 ideas every month and reward the winners, making crowdsourcing of innovative ideas an ongoing activity.
#Information
There should be a separate section where we can get info about any new schemes and bills so that no one can spread wrong info.
There can also be a section where we can upload images of our participation in swach bharat mission.And a section where we can get info about progress made in schemes which have been launched.
#Broadcast
App should broadcast live- the speeches given by PM on various occasions,important proceedings of rajya and lok sabha ,launching of new schemes.
#information-recent trends in farming which can be rated by the public
-cost of the fertilizers,seeds etc.,
-weather forecast in agricultural regions
#interaction-needs for the farmers can be met
-interaction among the minister,agricultural students and farmers
-petitions can be posted directly to the minister
#broadcast-welfare schemes for farmers are updated frequently
-notifications about the date,time,location agricultural camps all over the country
-live updates of those camps
#Information:
1) Page with a Search bar and the list of trending questions linking to answers. User can either search new queries or get answers for trending questions.
2) Statistics highlighting various benefits accomplished through digitization. Comparison of data before and after launching various initiatives.
The App for PMO should be cross-platform, available in as many Indian languages as possible and should be accessible to differently abled persons.
The desired features shall be divided into three categories - #Information, #Interaction & #Broadcast.
Due to space constraint, I am attaching herewith my ideas under these categories.

#Broadcast:
Safety Advisory based on the situation prevailing in the current location of the user. Eg: Warning message cautioning the users present in regions affected by swine flu, cyclone or tsunami etc. It can also be used for broadcasting public messages such as immunization schedules, scheduled power cuts etc.
