The construction industry is having highes potential of job creation. Yet it is lagging behind the world standards in quality. The huge unemployed rural youth can successfully directed to this sector, if a practical and meaning full training provided. The course should be very short term with practical engagement (Aprenticeship). For example course of 6 months (3months training + 3 Months Aprenticeship). Youth will not be attracted to a long term course. For training a skillset of masson, 3 months are enough.
