Option No.1. We should have an online system called "Employment India", where each type (lower to a higher) of job should be available whether in Government sector or the Private sector. Option No. 2. Government of India can also use the medium of LinkedIn to put all jobs and this should be segmented by Job Category and not by States. This will allow people to apply for jobs in a more systematic manner.

A complete connection across all unconnected areas are mandatory, Schools, Colleges, University, Research Centers, Employment Exchanges, Skill Development Centers, Innovation centers, Entrepreneur Development Hubs, Incubation Centers, Trade, Industrial, Export & Import Promotion cells, etc needs to be on a single platform with clear automated system to accelerate the multidimensional growth massively.

A system with detailed Big Data Analects would help to analyze and identity roadblocks, bottleneck to clear off and crating scientific indexing system for Knowledge Development, Skill Development, Job Opportunity Creation, Entrepreneur Incubation and Business Acceleration to create a trend setting revolution. We would be glad to share that we have done intensive research to develop a system to address this issue and to help our country immensely.

Now we have NSDC and Sector Skill Council to act as a bridge between Student and the industry. If Sector Skill Council collect the requirement from industry, post them on their website and co-ordinate with NSDC to get the students trained by NSDC registered Training partners for these requirements, we can enhance job matching.

Creating a self sustaining HR ecosystem linking jobseekers, employers, colleges & students through an open platform, thereby opening up and organizing the fragmented HR Sector (organized and unorganized) and bridging it with the education sector. Innovative services are the need of the hour. Like, 1. Campus placement for all sectors. 2. Open platform. (providing a direct channel to connect) 3. HR services in tier II, III cities and rural places. 4. Inclusive representation of industries.
