The government should co-ordinate with various institutes providing educational degrees to provide placement opportunities to students.The problem with current placements is that SME's dont participate in the placements conducted by institutes and secondly the Government Companies never go to colleges for hiring people.If the government can know the no. Of students clearing from a particular institute,then they should encourage more people to take up entrepreneurship & thereby creating more jobs

In India to get job or to get employee there is no proper system for share information. There are so many unemployment who don't know where is vacant and where to go for job. we should create a simple way like create Group. Where share information through mobile no. if a member who want job , just give his details by his own mobile to this group. and then operator of this group will give the vacant details to this member. So, 1st step is CREATING JOB VACANT GROUP SKILL WISE.

All direct recruitments have to be necessarily made through the EMPLEX INDIA. Data of all posts - filled/vacant of all Government Offices should be fed to the EMPLEX INDIA. Stop office wise direct recruitments in respect of all posts which is hitherto in practice/vogue. Make it through EMPLEX INDIA this enhance transparency and erase nepotism/biased selections etc., to a larger extent.This will help reduce influencing the selection. The qualified and the fit will get job to a larger extent.

All the Employment Exchanges must be connected through network digitally - EMPLEX INDIA. Vacancies, present strength and vacancies likely to be caused in respect of all Departments of the Government must be made available to the EMPLEX. From there, region-wise, locality-wise data can be communicated. This should be made mandatory. Recruitment shall have to be through One Window - EMPLEX INDIA. Recruitment through bodies like UPSC, SSC, etc., should come under One Umbrella - EMPLEX INDIA.
