Primary school education through Skype in rural areas Summury  Currently in rural areas most of the schools are suffering from huge shortfall of teachers.  The educated urban teaching staff is not interested to go to villages.  If they cant go physically to teach in villages they can go virtually through Skype.

One way of checking corruption and delay in all government offices would be to initiate digital parchi system at the entrances. Every person who enters records finger print at the entry to generate a parchi from a digital system mentioning the work, he has come for (there must be heads already and one custom head for miscellaneous work). The concerned officer has to record the response on every parchi every day or every week. this will check delay tactics and personal grudges and ego clashes

Enabling all govt practices through e-governance and enabling facility of e-payment to all such kind of services by govt, will reduce corruption and middlemen charges that the public usually bares to get a work done. This would be a powerful reform that would be one of the best innovations of the govt- if implemented
