Digital delivery of classroom teaching will solve the issues of lack of teachers in far flung areas and also in uniformity of teaching.

I have been to some European countries and was astonished to see minimum pof visible police force and yet the citizens abiding the rules on the road. The main reason was the use of electronic surveillance like cctv on the roads, other electronic devices to monitor the traffic violators. It will also curb the violence on the road.

The vehicle registration data should be unique and valid for the whole country. There should be no reregistration at new place on transfer. This would reduce the workload on the RTOs and also the stress of getting reregistration for the individual. Also the number of choice gets changed on reregistration. When we are moving towards national protability and no roaming in mobile, etc. why not in the vehicle registration.

Develop some online feedback and online grievance system which can help citizen to put their thoughts and raise alarm when necessary, also build some app for all people which they cal utilize and leverage for emergency situation (like smart mobile app which quickly give detail about nearest police station, fire station, ambulance service, hospital information etc) also for digital best practice specially in web development please find attached.

E-commerce is playing a major role in many countries including India. Today we have many websites offering a wide variety of services to us but unfortunately not every one is having access to internet even in this era. Why MTNL and BSNL are not offering reliable internet services, Why are they short of marketing ideas to promote their services and people opt for private service providers which offer services at very high cost. I think half of us don't subscribe to them because of high prices.
