With my experiences with various comps, i think we shld streamline each activity first. For exmp, Transport, all the activities related to transport shld have common focal point. These can be achieved only when you digitize each process and monitor the activities by experts. example SAP/ERP wherein each transactions are required to be updated, whether it is budget, human resource or finance. and this should be audited (Process/Operational/IT Audit) by professionals like CAs, CS, Engineers.

3. Completely digitized voting. In lines of the ATM…. a system where one can vote at an EVM kept at a bazaar, ATM, railway station or bus stand should be introduced. The biometric data of the all citizens is collected and cached at the central server of Election Commission. The voter is given his ballot at the ATM/EVM based on his biometric identity and would be able to vote from any part of the country. This system could be kept open for a round of 3-7 days…

To reduce corruption, Every govt department who collect money in the form of services, like income tax, sale tax, RTO, land, water, electricity must have a bank who will collect money from the customer and give two receipts of the payment from which one will be submitted to the department and other retained by customer. No cash transaction should be processed by any department. More persons must be hired to entertain the public and people from the public sector should be given a chance in govt.

Moving from "Right to Information" to "Duty to Publish" regime. In a foreign country I was posted in - a large number of government organization published most of the public information on internet (project reports, construction schedules, maintenance plans, certificates etc.) It is relatively inexpensive to maintain a separate website by each public project or service. The department/vendor etc should dutifully publish non-confidential information there.

This services should be toll free , once a women called up for help 911 attended contact the Police and inform the location of the lady so that police can reach at the earliest or may be NDRF team will reach to the location directly , or and Ambulance will reach quicker. also if a lady faced any crime against her she can call 911 and 911 attended will logged a FIR for her online with local police so that no police men can deny to logged the complaint

This system automatically pairs caller numbers with a physical address. This Services in most required in India. This will help in Reducing Crime against Women. or any other Crime for men and women. I am working with an organization which has already created such software for Up Police but it is redistricted to police help line 100 however if we can use this software like 911 services in India this will help us to for women safety , disaster management, Road Accident , medical emergency etc
