मोबाइल फोन, विस्तृत डेटा विश्लेषिकी और अन्य सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समाधान के उपयोग सहित डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकी को नवीनतम अग्रिमों में स्मार्ट शहरों में कैसे प्रसारित किया जा सकता है। प्रविष्टियाँ वर्णनात्मक रुप में हो सकती है तथा प्रतिभागी उत्तर की व्याख्या करने के लिए तस्वीरों या वीडियो का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। इस श्रेणी में प्रतिभागी को शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग में सक्षम होने के लिए पुछे गए सभी सवालों के उत्तर के साथ पूर्ण विवरण भी प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।
प्रश्न-
1. ऐसी तीन नगरपालिका सेवाओं की सूची बताएं जिनमें मोबाइल फोन के उपयोग से सुधार किया जा सकता है।
2. अपने दैनिक जीवन के 3 पहलुओं का वर्णन करें जिनमें मोबाइल फोन के उपयोग से सुधार हुआ है।
3. ऐसे 5 तरीके सुझाएं जिनके माध्यम से विस्तृत डेटा का उपयोग कर भारतीय शहरों को स्मार्ट शहरों में परिवर्तित किया जा सकता हैं।
4. ऐसे 3 नए तरीकों का उल्लेख करें जिससे सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के माध्यम से शासन में सुधार किया जा सकता हैं।
5. जानकारी और डेटा के उपयोग के माध्यम से हमारे सार्वजनिक स्थलों को कैसे सुरक्षित किया जा सकता हैं?
प्रविष्टि की समय सीमा
• प्रविष्टियों को mygov.in पोर्टल द्वारा शनिवार, 20 जून, 2015 से 23.59 घंटे (11:59) पर ऑनलाइन प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है।
मूल्यांकन
प्रविष्टियों का मूल्यांकन निम्नलिखित मानदंडों के आधार पर किया जाएगाः
• मत क्षमता (50%)
• अभिनव (50%)

पुरस्कार
प्रत्येक श्रेणी में दो विजेताओं को निम्नलिखित राशि के नकद पुरस्कार के साथ-साथ, स्मार्ट सिटी मिशन के लॉन्च पर प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा 25 जून 2015 को विज्ञान भवन, नई दिल्ली में एक प्रशस्ति पत्र से सम्मानित किया जाएगाः
• प्रथम पुरस्कार - 40,000 रु.
• द्वितीय पुरस्कार - 25,000 रु.

विजेता सुझाव को कार्यान्वयन के समाधान के रूप में 100 स्मार्ट शहरों के साथ साझा किया जाएगा तथा पायलट परियोजनाओं के लिए भी इस सुझाव पर विचार किया जाएगा।
• इस श्रेणी में प्रतिभागी को शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग में सक्षम होने के लिए पुछे गए सभी सवालों के उत्तर के साथ पूर्ण विवरण भी प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।
• प्रत्येक श्रेणी के लिए प्रतिभागियों द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रविष्टियों का मुल्याकंन स्वतंत्र रूप से और योग्यता के आधार पर किया जाएगा। एक से अधिक श्रेणी में शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग के मामले में, एक भागीदार को केवल एक श्रेणी के लिए ही पुरस्कार राशि प्राप्त होगी।
• प्रत्येक उत्तर की लंबाई 250 या उससे कम शब्दों में होनी चाहिए।

Answer 1. These smart cities should not be only smart in terms of facilities and admin, but also be smart in terms of PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT. The very first improvement should be towards the employment services for daily unskilled and weekly skilled jobs through regular updates via sms. Secondly, the municipal administration should come up with an application that allows public to inform about the marketplace where SwatchBharat campaign is not followed. 3rd-Mobile be used for info on taxes.

How can access to information and data make our public spaces safe and secure Just simple using his/her residential record in government. Like : House purchase/Land Purchase Documents. which are any how of true and fact. Property documents as of our knowledge 100 % fact. So i thing it's good to access information and data.

3 aspects of your daily life that have improved with the use of the mobile phone. 1.Create Vehicle lock app to make vehicle digital and secure. 2.Which Yojna and Plan government start like Atal Pension yojna all plan application form should be online using mobile application or else using Web-Portal rather than banking. 3.Use IT and Private company to get success in Government yojna and Scheme rather than banking.

There are instances where authorities misuse donations or public funds. One way to make donations transparent would be to create and maintain a public repository where all the donations made to government and non-governmental organisations and how it was used are reported and maintained, and can be under the watch of the government auditors. This will not only reduce the leakage of funds but also improve trust and confidence among donors and encourage more donations.

List of three municipal services that can be improved with the use of a mobile phone. 1.Design mobile application for pay tax of municipal corporation. 2.Also include all detail of land and resident house detail with simple one unique number user can enter that number and access from any where. or else using house hold number. 3.add road tracking and complain of any problem in roads and open gutter news and informing to municipal to resolved as soon as possible with defined area.

Sir i'm giving my submission as that what i dream answer 1. Three services are - a. Book a cleaner:- customer choicw book cleaner to clean some area ward anything just paste uplaod a pic and book cleaners team for that particular place within time and when work done then he/she is informed by massage.. b. Book appointment :- all type of work by department shoud done as appointment basis which can be obtained by mobile application or user generated application.... C. Book for certification.1

Public places will be ensured more in terms of safety because- IT is accessible for all. Everyone will be an administrator in himself As everyone is debugger, anyone with malpractice can easily be arrested & sued. Transparency is maintained at each level & this will impart confidence among citizens to be real ruler It will be very encouraging to see the inputs from all section of society and no one will be treated as lower. Ignorance will be reduced to considerable level. More of governace
