मोबाइल फोन, विस्तृत डेटा विश्लेषिकी और अन्य सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समाधान के उपयोग सहित डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकी को नवीनतम अग्रिमों में स्मार्ट शहरों में कैसे प्रसारित किया जा सकता है। प्रविष्टियाँ वर्णनात्मक रुप में हो सकती है तथा प्रतिभागी उत्तर की व्याख्या करने के लिए तस्वीरों या वीडियो का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। इस श्रेणी में प्रतिभागी को शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग में सक्षम होने के लिए पुछे गए सभी सवालों के उत्तर के साथ पूर्ण विवरण भी प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।
प्रश्न-
1. ऐसी तीन नगरपालिका सेवाओं की सूची बताएं जिनमें मोबाइल फोन के उपयोग से सुधार किया जा सकता है।
2. अपने दैनिक जीवन के 3 पहलुओं का वर्णन करें जिनमें मोबाइल फोन के उपयोग से सुधार हुआ है।
3. ऐसे 5 तरीके सुझाएं जिनके माध्यम से विस्तृत डेटा का उपयोग कर भारतीय शहरों को स्मार्ट शहरों में परिवर्तित किया जा सकता हैं।
4. ऐसे 3 नए तरीकों का उल्लेख करें जिससे सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के माध्यम से शासन में सुधार किया जा सकता हैं।
5. जानकारी और डेटा के उपयोग के माध्यम से हमारे सार्वजनिक स्थलों को कैसे सुरक्षित किया जा सकता हैं?
प्रविष्टि की समय सीमा
• प्रविष्टियों को mygov.in पोर्टल द्वारा शनिवार, 20 जून, 2015 से 23.59 घंटे (11:59) पर ऑनलाइन प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है।
मूल्यांकन
प्रविष्टियों का मूल्यांकन निम्नलिखित मानदंडों के आधार पर किया जाएगाः
• मत क्षमता (50%)
• अभिनव (50%)

पुरस्कार
प्रत्येक श्रेणी में दो विजेताओं को निम्नलिखित राशि के नकद पुरस्कार के साथ-साथ, स्मार्ट सिटी मिशन के लॉन्च पर प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा 25 जून 2015 को विज्ञान भवन, नई दिल्ली में एक प्रशस्ति पत्र से सम्मानित किया जाएगाः
• प्रथम पुरस्कार - 40,000 रु.
• द्वितीय पुरस्कार - 25,000 रु.

विजेता सुझाव को कार्यान्वयन के समाधान के रूप में 100 स्मार्ट शहरों के साथ साझा किया जाएगा तथा पायलट परियोजनाओं के लिए भी इस सुझाव पर विचार किया जाएगा।
• इस श्रेणी में प्रतिभागी को शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग में सक्षम होने के लिए पुछे गए सभी सवालों के उत्तर के साथ पूर्ण विवरण भी प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।
• प्रत्येक श्रेणी के लिए प्रतिभागियों द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रविष्टियों का मुल्याकंन स्वतंत्र रूप से और योग्यता के आधार पर किया जाएगा। एक से अधिक श्रेणी में शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग के मामले में, एक भागीदार को केवल एक श्रेणी के लिए ही पुरस्कार राशि प्राप्त होगी।
• प्रत्येक उत्तर की लंबाई 250 या उससे कम शब्दों में होनी चाहिए।

Digital voting by mobile app voter I'd will be designed with a qc code it have all details by an government app with a qc code scaner it allow the citizen to vote once by the server control and as per the details particular booth date only the I'd will be accepted to have control the on it previous regestration 90 days before is required and to get death certificate they claimer have to submit the voter I'd to get certificate that data will be removed from server it save huge cost on election

Now that almost all of our citizens are under UID (Aadhaar), why don't we forgo the age-old practice of submitting ID proof (most of the time attested copies) instead of just providing Aadhaar number so that the websites of government institutions, railways, telecom, different examinations, universities, colleges, etc. can access information including photo, fingerprints, etc. directly from the UID server. This way, India will move to being 100% digitally connected.

Above all, let's practice what we know and believe. We all know what's right, yet in practice we walk and drive on the wrong side of the road. We spit and untidy the streets. We smoke in public places. Police and lawyers too break the law and smoke in public. Let's be honest, let's be true Indian.

Public safety and security can be achieved by use of sms alerts. 1. To identify criminals, CCTV should be installed in places where crime takes place. 2. Police and fire brigade must act swiftly when a complaint is lodged and docketed. 3.Women must not wear provoking dress and invite troubles. 4.Less cash and more cards should be carried to avoid snatching and pick-pocketing.

Governance can be improved if -- 1. Officers read and reply e-mails which saves paper and time for all. 2. E-forms for all purposes can be filled up online with/without digital signature. 3. All payments can be received and paid online with debit/credit cards and netbanking. This helps senior citizens.

Big data can help to make smart cities by -- 1. Informing about the condition of traffic flow in the cities. 2. If roads have been dug up and not repaired. 3. If there will be power shortage in a particular area. 4. Streets which have water logging due to rain. 5. Allowing citizens to lodge complaint/GD to police station through mobile/SMS.
