इस कार्य के अंतर्गत आपको स्थानीय समुदाय को डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकी और सेवाओं के लाभ के बारे में बताना होगा। (उदाहरण के लिए बैंकिंग सेवाएं, सरकारी सेवाओं, प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम, सोशल मीडिया का उपयोग आदि)

डिजिटल विषमता हमारे देश की कडवी सच्चाई है। हमें सभी नागरिकों को डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकी और सेवाओं के प्रयोग और इसके निजी और सामाजिक लाभ के बारे में जानकारी देनी होगी। इस कार्य के अंतर्गत आपको डिजिटल संबंधी जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी और आम आदमी के लिए डिजिटल सेवाओं के प्रयोग को और आसान बनाने के तरीकों के बारे में जानकारी एकत्रित करनी होगी।

Connectivity 5 volunteers base for teaching 6 funds for infrastructure for workshop 7 banking for all 8 single card for all operations name as Jan card for identity 8 data base of all people by the thumb impression or debit card to teaching is easy but interlink system is major part with safety then the pass benefit is very easy only part is infrastructure interconnectivity and instruments 3 I require if it is there volunteers will take care of delivering give us 3I we will make digital Bharat

Planning to develop of my village & panchhayat, around 50k peoples are living in panchhayat & need to develop in digital India technologies to get more benefits. Have a plan to setup a FREE Computer Training Center to spread computer knowledge & get benefit 4m digital technologies. Learn computer & digital technologies from computer or mobile.Will help every one in growing modern digital India. Digital India means everyone knows paperless work online it is very easy as due to smartphones as 1 you require only operational knowledge 2 for illiterate people you can teach through by picture system 2 for semi literate by words form for it requires work shop where you give training it is also easy we have school and college at every weekend we will take workshop for all enrol people but for that input require as smartphone free access of internet interlinking of all offices and banks 4 easy

I have Done B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. I want to Open a Computer Science Center for Social welfare where student of poor family and poor people can learn about internet and e governance free of cost . but currently i am facing financial problem to start this. if any one interested in this please help me ..
