There is lack of motivation among State Police Service officers due to poor cadre management and delayed induction into IPS. This impacts their morale and overall Police functioning in the State. There is an urgent need to bring reforms and uniformity in induction process. While few States are able to promote their State cadres in 9-12 years, in many States it takes 20-28 years. Even MHA being cadre controlling authority for DANIPS /DANICS has failed to bring any effective cadre management.

It may be a size of 2'x1'x1' fixed on top of the vehicle. It will suck the outside air, clean it and throw outside. The power can be received through vehicle itself as we run ac, lights, etc.
