Sir, Continuing my earlier submission, a team of very seasoned and dedicated IAS and IPS officers(preferably retired) may kindly be constituted to examine the issue of economy in internal governance in its entirety and to devise actionable plan. Similarly judiciary and legislature may also address the issue of burgeoning expenses. Defence forces must be kept out of this exercise presently. We must first tackle home front.Sincerity and efficiency in internal governance alone can lead to growth.

Honourable PM, I want to draw your attention regarding cleanliness of Cities or remind u about Smart City. Your cleanliness drive is just a mere photoshoot these days. Garbage dump still in the middle of cities in open Area. In my view more dustbin should be placed to keep the area clean and polythene should be banned all over india
