Sir, Wheel chair is the only mode for mobility for ELDERLY PEOPLE, PATIENTS, DIFFERETNLY ABLED In India we don't have Lifts or Ramps at most homes and public spaces I would be good if our Scientists come up a Affordable Wheel Chair (both Manual / Automatic versions), which can climb Stairs - similar to a Military Tank / Excavator. It would be of great help to ManKind- for OUR COUNTRY and OTHER NATIONS as well.

Point number 9. Employee Working Hours; Sir, There are many companies and business in India that force employees to work beyond 48 hours per week. Example; Hotels, Restaurants, IT companies like TCS, etc. Some are very smart, they hire third party employers like Futurz Payroll and make employees work between 54 to 60 hours per week on Future Payroll. Example; TCS Bhosari Non Stp (Pune). Here almost 70 % employees are on Future Payroll on low salaries and are made to work 54 to 60 hours per week

Point number 8. Employee holidays and compulsory two week offs (continued); Sir, TCS is making employees at Bhosari Non Stp Pune location to work 6 days a week into 9 hours which includes 1 hour break. That is 54 hours a week. The HR staff and all Senior Management here work only 5 days a week. Hence there is inequality and violation of human rights. This must stop. Every employee deserves to get two week offs. The company harasses employees who demand equality in such cases.

Point number 7. Employee holidays and compulsory two week offs; Sir, for any human being to be happy in life, all he needs is not just a job with good salary, but also sufficient rest and time for his family, children, parents, and own health. This is ignored by most employers in India. Countries like UK and US have strict rules, that force every employer to ensure that employees not only get national holidays, but also compulsory two week offs. This should happen in India as well.
