My Dear sir, First of all I would love to appreciate your work and the way you are leading our Nation. I work in merchant Navy as a senior engineer officer. we are certified under DG shipping, we follow training programs, we do wear Uniform, we get promoted after successful completion of exams and we do have Epaulettes on our shoulders as well. People from Indian navy quit and join merchant navy. Why do not we as a senior officers are given a chance to work for our country’s defence system.
