R/Sir, Many private nursing homes, pathological labs, doctors, lawyers, CAs ask clients to pay in cash without receipts so that income tax can be avoided. It is requested that for such professionals receipts should be thru card, NEFT, cheque mode and issuing receipts should be made mandatory. Their income assessment should be on the basis of such data & DA assessment should be on this basis only. This will help to increase IT revenue.

R/Sir, Valid PUC certificate is a must as per MV Act. However, it is observed that many Roadside mobile units are not calibrating their instrument on regular basis (Daily or weekly). As such reading could be erroneous defeating the cause. It is requested that there should be authorised centres for PUC checks, preferably at petrol pumps as essential facility and instruments should be maintained properly. PCRA also may conduct check camps in various localities/ Truck Zones & issue certificate

Good Morning beloved PM ji. Delhi is facing environmental issue due to Parali. To clean vast atmosphere is very costly and tedious process. If Government offers to buy the material from farmers and give it to paper mills, the problem may be solved by small amount. The other alternative can be government offers subsidy for removal of this material. Solving problem at source, is more effective than at end result point.

R/Sir, Form 1st Dec, Fast tag will be mandatory for 4 wheelers using highways thru toll plaza. Vehicles without fast tag will be penlised with double amount as Toll tax. It is unjust as 90% of private vehicles use highways rarely as they ply in city. As such it is requested that fast tags should be made mandatory for commercial vehicles and taxis who use highways regularly. For Private 4 wheelers it should be optional and no penalty/double toll tax should be charged as such use is minimal.

Sir, to control pollution electric buses can be introduced with refilling stations. At least 50 buses per district at start. Slowly it will bring awareness. Electric auto rickshaws can also become mandatory. Proper garbage disposal. These can be made into rules. Wearing helmet, taking care of public places, etc. Are everyone responsibility. So start charging fines if some does not follow. This is our responsibility for future generation clean air, health care, good food, clean water, education

Respected sir, People's representatives are in Maharashtra. Then why does the presidency rule? The council can hold for 5 years without cabinet and opposition. Home appliances are guaranteed. There is no guarantee of tenure for the representatives of the people. Many will benefit from the re-election money spent on education and housing. The central government can make an effort to make Maharashtra the starting point for change. Good plans come true. Thank you sir
