Sir I suggest to unify various government project aiming at the welfare of women and child into one single umbrella project under the GOI and also to mandate that the same scheme is implemented in all States with the same name and strategies. For eg the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) and Integrated Child Protection Scheme(ICPS) both have similar features in some aspects. Also it can be seen that states are implementing the above schemes in various other names

Sir, It can be seen that still today we are using the name District collector of the Administrative officer of a district. Though it was a fact that in olden days the official used to be the revenue collecting person. But as change is inevitable and as a reputed officer from the Indian Administrative Service, the official need a more dignified and eminent designation name. My suggestion is to rename the District Collector post to District Administrative Officer.
