After 2 months rainy season will start and like every year the rain water will get wasted.In cities,the rain water does not sweep in soil due to cemented road,construction and get wasted by flowing in nallas etc.Therefore I suggest that every house should have facility of rain water harvesting.Rain water harvesting will help to rain water to absorb in the soil and will increase ground water level.In span of 2 months this can be installed in our home so that no rain water will get wasted.

Water train is a very good initiative by government and rail ministry likewise government should have to take initiative in draught affected areas by making a permanent solution on that, like analysis of draught regions, recycling of water, plant for purifying sea water and its effects, try initiative programs like "SAVE WATER campaign" is one of the best awareness.
