माननीय PM सर भूमिगत जल के कम होते स्तर को बढ़ाना बहुत जरूरी है। वर्षात शुरू होने मे अभी भी 1 महीना बाकी है। कृपया मन की बात से भूमिगत जल के स्तर को बढ़ाने के लिए आप किसानो से ये आवाहन करे की वे सूखे हुए बोर वेल मे वर्षा का बहता जल पहुचाने का प्रबंध करे। देश मे लाखो बोर वेल सूखे है जिनका उपयोग वर्षा के जल से भूमिगत जल के स्तर को बढ़ाने मे किया जा सकता है। इसे एक जल क्रांति के रूप मे शुरू करने की कृपा करे।
