But privatisation process of IDBI Bank (PSU) is creating lot of depression among its employees. Kindly promote the ideas of financial literation and inclusion with help of PSU banks. Why not introduce online elections once every five years or whenever a state or central Govt is dissolved. On completion of tenure,existing Govt should be placed on President's rule and elections conducted. With digitalisation and availability of internet, kindly consider having both options for online casting votes or exercise franchise through election booths. An OTP may be issued on the day of election for those willing to cast vote online.This would reduce intimidation,rigging and violence

I would like to make few suggestions: 1) People should be trained for the rain water harvesting in areas which often have water issues. 2) Government should call the "Paudhe lagaao baarish lao" abhiyaan and it should be organized in all villages and cities. This will not only make people realize the importance of trees but will also make them plant one every year. 3) You should include speech on the "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" for atleast 2-3 minutes in all your addresses.
